    Hi Jack, appreciate the video. Can i ask you a question ? Currently the moment i pull myself up on the pullup bar i start going down but my elbow feels like it is locking up when trying to go past the middle and it hurts, there is some big tension. It feels like a tendon is stuck or something. I can extend my arm when it is not tense but i can't do it when going down from a pullup or up from a pushup. My elbows have always cracked, my right one more severely, i play tennis as well. What could this be ? I am going to a physio soon but can you please tell me what you think, just worried. Thank you for the video !

    haha both my feet can barely turn inward by 1 degree. this is a revelation! I do know I've been stressing the knees overly from overpronation but I don't know how to make them knees turn out properly given my natural flat (but usually flexible) feet

    Just went on a walk after doing these exercises, and my foot was 95% straight, for the first time in 15 years! Epic stuff. Need to test these exercises on a daily basis now.

    Great share! I work 2 jobs currently, where I'm on my feet 6- 10 hours a day, usually without a break. My 15-30 degree external tibial torsion of the right tibia has caused me intense, knife-like knee pain, then toe pain, then most recently plantar fasciitis, due to the way it changes my gait. I tried a couple of your exercise for the first time, and can already tell a difference in my rotation, it looks and feels straighter, and more stable. Now, I will test this exercise... goal is to do it for 2 weeks, daily, and see what happens.

      Day 3 - my tibia is still straight! I'm building muscles in my foot that I haven't used for 15 years (since my tibia turned out). Knee pain, gone. Plantar fasciitis, no longer a problem. Big toe pain gone. Calluses that are created in the wrong places, gone.

      day 4 and getting better and better.... Day 3 I got strong burning sensations in parts of my lower leg, my feet, my knee, my upper leg, and my back.... because I'm spending hours a day walking with muscles that I've never used before. woke up day for, recovered and ready to use these muscles some more!

    Thank you Jack for posting this much appreciated my hiatal hernia causes me to have premature contractions and go into afib if I eat too large of a meal so what do I do in the morning is just drink a bunch of non-caffeinated tea and jump off of something about 2 ft High exhaling with my arms out to the sides but this will help me strengthen my abdominal muscles to keep my stomach in place thank you again

    Feel like I strained my pec repping 140kg I can still rep 120kg with discomfort but feel like every time I do I am only injuring my chest more I have currently been letting it rest for 2 weeks and still feel discomfort repping 40kg also doing the stretches provided have only hurt my chest more

    I have tricep tendonitis doing my strengthening exercises pops everytime go 90 degress or more. With any tricep exercise but no pain just popping

      To restore this movement it can vary but you should see progress in a few weeks and significant progress in a 12 week period.

    I tore my pec about a month ago. I am able to do most of my CrossFit workouts however pull ups and rope climbs still causing pain in the area where the armpit meets the side of chest. I’m worried it may never be the same and I can’t train how I did before injury

    the worst thing you can do for a PHT is the stretching of the hamstring . the key is the progressive heavy load exercices for the glutes and hamstring with isometrics and eccentric

    I need to remember to anchor the band for the knee distraction higher as shown. Don’t have a canine assistant for the simultaneous downward actual dog though 🐕
